Please join us as we gather by the river for a soul-nourishing weekend at Linwood Spiritual Center. Enjoy the breathtaking views, the warm hospitality and the sacred grounds. Be embraced by Linwood's welcoming energy, as She encourages us to lay down our cares, open our minds and speak the language of the heart. Our weekend is rooted in the Spiritual Principles of the 12 Steps, prayer and meditation. We will spend our time together deepening our connection to our program, our sober sisters & our spiritual way of life. This retreat is open to all women in recovery. All lengths of sobriety are welcome. If you choose to, you are invited to bring a favorite prayer, meditation or poem related to recovery, to share with us.

Mary McQuaid, NYS CARC, (NYS-Certified Addiction Recovery Coach) has been facilitating recovery and wellness retreats in NY for 25 years. She is a Personal Development Coach, Reiki Master/Teacher & Guided Meditation Artist living in Rhinebeck, NY. Having had a spiritual awakening, she tries to carry the message to others and practice the principles, one day at a time.
